Trial Attorney – Property Damage & Personal Injury
A nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm with offices across the Central and Southeastern U.S. is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its growing litigation team in Miami, FL. About the Role
The attorney in this role will serve as a trusted advocate for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and representation throughout the litigation process. You’ll meet directly with clients, manage case strategy, and prepare matters for trial — including taking first-chair responsibility when needed. This position is ideal for a litigator who combines courtroom confidence with compassion, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss case details and strategy, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
- Prepare cases for trial and serve as lead counsel when required.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing parties throughout the process.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.6+ years of litigation experience, preferably with 5 or more jury trials as first chair.Active member of the Florida Bar, in good standing.Strong negotiation, analytical, and writing skills.Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a larger legal team.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.Compensation & Benefits
