We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking personal injury law firm looking for a great Case Manager to join our fully remote team. You'll work directly with the owner, collaborate with a supportive crew, and most importantly, help injured clients regain control of their lives.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
• Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients
• Coordinate medical treatment, obtain and organize records and bills
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case strategy
• Negotiate reductions on medical balances and liens
• Track deadlines and manage documentation using case management software
• Provide recommendations to attorneys on efficient case resolutions
• Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and team members
