Job Details

Day to Day :

Ability to handle and try personal injury cases from inception through trial / resolution.

Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills

Draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other necessary legal documents

Must be flexible with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Timely complete required trial and administrative tasks

Ability to work as a team member and independently handle various tasks

Required knowledge, skills and ability :

3-4 years of experience (civil preferred)

Juris Doctorate from accredited law school

Licensed in Florida and a member in good standing
