Our growing law firm is seeking a driven and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney with 5+ years of experience in personal injury who is looking to grow in a collaborative and high-performance environment. We are a Plaintiff side law firm so plantiff experience preferred.

Who We’re Looking For :

The ideal attorney will have courtroom litigation experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through trial or settlement. Candidate should have good research and writing skills and experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida and in good standing
• Ability to work fully in office
• Good writing, litigation, and client communication skills
