Join a select team as a Telephone Payment Processor with our Stevens Point client. This is an on-site position. With a professional demeanor, will be handling inbound customer calls and processing insurance premium payments through a proprietary system.

Other experience and qualifications :

• Strong customer service experience (call center preferred)
• Comfortable working with customers over the phone
• Proven exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated computer skill & ability to learn and adapt to new software
• Proven reliability and professionalism
