Registered Nurse
NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges.
In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Our NeuroRestorative facility located in La Mesa, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses.
We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care.
We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Registered Nurse

- NeuroRestorative facility located on Aztec Drive
- 15 bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN, 3 CNA's Q shift
- In-patient residential setting sub-acute physical rehab
- Full-time, part-time and per-diem positions available :
- Fulltime NOC shift (7pm-7am)
- Fulltime dayshift (7am-7pm)
- Part-time for days or NOC shift
- Per-diem for days or NOC shift
- NOC shift RN rates :
- $38-$ base rate based on experience + $2 NOC shift diff $40-$ + OT past 8th hour effective pay rate of $60-$
- 12-hour shifts w / overtime after 8th hour (4 hrs @ time and ½ per 12 hr shift)

- Every other weekend off (Friday / Saturday / Sunday) for fulltime positions

Schedule :
- Fulltime RN must be able to work 12-hour shifts on the following schedule :
- Week 1 days are Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Week 2 days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
- Repeat

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
- Accredited RN degree, current state RN license, and current CPR / First Aid certification
- One year of experience
- Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
- Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
