Seasonal Tax Preparer

A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Preparer who will support tax advisors and financial advisors in delivering tax services for the 2026 Tax Season.

Key Responsibilities

Review client information and identify missing documents needed for tax returns

Ensure timely and compliant preparation of tax returns while maintaining organized documentation

Coordinate with team members to follow processes and guidelines effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance or Business; BS in Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience

EA or CPA preferred

Minimum of 5 years' experience preparing Individual taxes for medium to high complexity situations

Experience with Trust, Estate, Gift, or small business tax returns is a plus

Foundational understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations
