POSITION SUMMARY
This position is designed for a consultative Sales Account Executive with background in IT Managed Technical Services. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within mid-sized enterprise accounts. Our portfolio includes network management, cybersecurity, cloud migration, (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and 24 / 7 IT Maintainance.. The individual will collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and customer satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target new logo accounts within the mid-market enterprise segment (200-2,000 employees
- Sell a broad range of managed services including :
IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, endpoints)
Cybersecurity servicesPublic cloud migration and optimization (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)24 / 7 remote monitoring, help desk, and break / fix supportBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement teamsLead the full sales cycle : prospecting, qualifying, solution scoping, proposal development, pricing, and closingCollaborate with internal pre-sales engineers and service delivery teams to develop and present solutionsAchieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goalsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRMStay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscapeQUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT Managed Services or within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environmentUnderstanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Proven track record of selling to mid-sized enterprise clientsKnowledge of managed cybersecurity solutions and remote monitoring toolsStrong consultative sales skills and ability to align solutions with client pain pointsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsSelf-driven, results-oriented, and team-focusedBachelor's Degree preferredAbility to travel significantly
