Content Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Content Operations Manager who will create, manage, and communicate about community profile pages to encourage visitor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Review and publish community submissions, ensuring SEO-friendly content is accurate and on schedule

Resolve content support tickets from various stakeholders efficiently

Collaborate with homebuilders, agents, and marketing reps to improve processes and relationships

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation, editing, and management

Familiarity with content optimization tools such as Yoast and ChatGPT

Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Jira, and / or Asana

Understanding of real estate or community development (preferred but not required)

Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
