A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide outstanding support and service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and user support to clients, following escalation procedures
Write SQL queries and batch scripts to analyze client databases and debug issues
Utilize a ticketing system to track and document all client support communication and resolutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, supply chain management, or similar
3+ years of SQL experience
Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data import
Knowledge of IIS and file transfer protocols
Experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management is a plus
