Responsibilities :

• Answer phones and take Intakes for Potential Clients
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, emails, and document organization
• Open up insurance claims and assist clients with property damage
• Manage records and filing systems
• Request Police Reports, Medical Records, Medical Bills, Open Health insurance claims
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
