Job descriptionCompetitive Compensation : 2-year guarantee and production comp plan of $350K-$525K with reasonable production expectations. Position Highlights :
- Desirable Practice Setting : Join an established multi-specialty practice with 3 dedicated lanes, 1 procedure room and separate imaging facilities.
- Comprehensive Team : Dedicated photography team, tech in the injection room, and full triage support across a multispecialty clinic.
- Optimal Patient Volume : Clinical volume of 35 patients per day, supported by midlevel staff and a dedicated scribe.
- Work-Life Balance : Reasonable call schedule including 1 weekend per month with dedicated ophthalmic surgical tech assigned to Retina call.
