What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support engineering projects focused on reliability, equipment installation, and innovation.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and reliability strategies to improve safety, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory to support uptime and minimize any delays.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams in preventative maintenance and facilities management.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, contractors, and client teams on equipment upgrades and installations.
• Manage CAPEX planning and execution while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and internal standards through documentation and audits.
