Recruitment / Human Capital Coordinators
This is an unpaid volunteering role. The Recruitment Officer will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and the Assistant Director-General (Operations). Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment administrative support, liaising with BCI members regarding HR / Recruitment policies, supporting the Recruitment Manager with GDPR compliance, and assisting the Recruitment team and BCI Operations with administrative inputs.
