Location : Dallas, Texas

Salary : $70,000 – $85,000 base + performance incentives

Position Overview

Integration Health is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top-tier clinical professionals, including ECMO specialists and perfusionists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, with preference given to those experienced in recruiting in ECMO (specialists and coordinators), Perfusion, RN / RT or similar highly specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract ECMO specialists, coordinators and perfusionists.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, professional networks, and educational institutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational hiring standards.
