In this role, you will navigate through the intricacies of machinery operation, ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, overseeing production and packaging processes, and adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
Your contributions are key to our success, offering you a hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We Offer this Machine Operator position :
- A competitive salary of $16-$17 per hour, based on your shift.
- Shifts available : 1st shift (6 : 55am-3 : 00pm or 7 : 55am-4 : 00pm), 2nd shift (2 : 55pm-11 : 00pm or 3 : 55pm-12 : 00am), and 3rd shift (10 : 55pm-7 : 00am or 11 : 55pm-8 : 00am).
- A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
- Weekly pay, with the opportunity to be hired in permanently based on attendance, attitude, and performance.
Qualifications for this role include :
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic math skills for handling calculations.
- Must Be Able to Speak, Write, and Read basic English.
- Physical capability to handle job demands, including lifting and moving items.
- Good vision and focus, crucial for machinery operation.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
