About the Position :
Allied Resources is seeking a Project Scheduler for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Port Washington, WI. This role offers relocation support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Support planning and sequencing of activities from concept through commissioning.
- Conduct schedule variance analysis and run risk scenarios (Monte Carlo, Acumen Fuse, etc.).
- Partner with project teams to identify ways to re-sequence work to shorten project durations.
- Prepare reports, executive-level presentations, and schedule performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project constraints.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and training for internal / external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).3–5 years of scheduling experience; mission-critical / data center experience strongly preferred.Proven track record supporting projects of $100M+ in size. Oil & Gas industry scheduling experience a plus.Expertise in Primavera P6 (latest version).Experience with Procore, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling and construction documentation.Willingness to relocate to WI or travel as required (up to 25%).EEO Policy :
