As a Security Officer in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, engaging with staff and visitors, and upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report observations according to site protocols.

Support access control procedures by observing entry and exit points and verifying authorization as required by site policies.

Assist with emergency response activities and communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as needed.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as directed by site and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

CPR certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
