TPG Capital, a global alternative asset management firm, recently acquired Hospitality Solutions. Over the coming months, Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Hospitality Solutions business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity, your role will be supporting the Hospitality Solutions business, which is now owned by TPG. Position Summary : The Principal of FP&A reports to the Senior Director of FP&A. This role is crucial to our financial strategy, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable business recommendations that directly improve performance. Success in this role requires a strong ability to synthesize large, complex datasets, apply analytical and abstract reasoning skills, and communicate insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with leadership, finance, and business teams to develop and manage the annual financial plan and budget.
• Manage and update the company's monthly financial forecast, incorporating internal and external data.
• Lead or assist with the monthly close process, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Construct and guide the production of weekly and monthly business and market performance reports.
• Help identify, implement, and monitor rigorous cost control measures to ensure company profitability.
• Prepare and present key financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
