Job Description

The Senior Project Manager - Data Center - Richmond, VA will :

• Lead the full lifecycle of a data center construction project
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards
• Drive project documentation, reporting, and risk management
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
• Collaborate with regional offices in Reston and Baltimore
• Travel as needed to support project execution and team alignment
