The Senior Project Manager - Data Center - Richmond, VA will :

• Drive all phases of project delivery - planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, handover
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, on-site trade partners, and internal teams
• Manage budgets, cost control, and schedule adherence
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide clear reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Facilitate meetings (owner, design, field, safety) and maintain project documentation
• Lead closeout : punch lists, warranty, client training
