We're seeking a Director of Paid Social Media Advertising to lead one of the company's most important acquisition channels. This role is both highly strategic and hands-onperfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and leadership.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll own the entire paid social roadmap, from campaign design and execution to measurement and optimization. You'll collaborate with decision science, creative, and operations teams to ensure advertising efforts deliver measurable ROI and align with the company's aggressive growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the paid social strategy across platforms including Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Develop, test, and optimize performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on client acquisition and ROI.
• Partner with creative teams to produce high-performing content tailored for each platform.
• Implement advanced measurement strategies, including incrementality testing, lift studies, and attribution modeling.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and communicate results effectively to senior leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing paid social team as budgets and scope continue to grow.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of speed, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
