General Manager for New Restaurant Opening
Job Summary
Our client has engaged us to find a General Manager for an upscale, high-volume, full-service restaurant opening in Q3 of 2024! We are now interviewing.
This successful leader will work hand in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are being met and expectations are exceeded.
The ideal candidate knows how to connect with people and has excellent contacts in Dallas. This individual must have strong people skills, a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
The right candidate must be a hardworking, organized, positive leader who can manage multiple moving parts and maintain firm control of financials.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Coach and teach employees to support strong operational execution
- Work with the team to support local store marketing and community involvement
- Actively work in all areas, as needed, to support an outstanding guest experience
- Support financial solid results through labor and cost of goods management
- Steward of the brand to support execution of all standards and upholding our family culture
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :
- 4+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service environment with high-volume
- Hands-on leadership style with a friendly, team-player attitude and outgoing personality
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to work five days a week 50 55 hours
- Proven history of pre-opening and opening activities, including hiring, training, permitting, and working closely with the Executive Chef
