They are looking for an Extrusion Process Engineer with strong extrusion tooling experience to lead die design, optimize manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment.

What You Will Be Doing :
Design extrusion tooling and develop processes for mono / co-extruded plastic profiles and tubing.Manage tooling development projects end to end-scheduling, sampling, documentation, vendor coordination.Troubleshoot process issues and lead improvement initiatives.Work cross-functionally with Production, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain.Support sister sites with tooling and process solutions.What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering3-5 years in plastic manufacturing (extrusion process / die design)Proficient with AutoCAD and CAD-CAMFamiliar with PVC, HDPE, or similar resinsAble to work in a plant setting (lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8+ hours)We'd Be Thrilled If You Have :
