Dallas Capital Bank is seeking a full-time onsite Middle Market Banker centrally located in Dallas, TX. In this role you will be responsible for business development of new Middle Market Banking lending, depository and treasury management clients and effective portfolio management of existing Middle Market Banking clients. You shall identify, evaluate (with the assistance of the Credit Underwriting team), and recommend approval or denial of Middle Market Banking lending opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in client financial sales and services industry, banking, and loan review
• Completion of formal credit training program preferred
• Solid understanding of banking fundamentals, underwriting principles and procedures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical behavior

WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT :

HOURS : Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm; Some variation in work hours

TRAVEL : Local travel regularly; overnight and out of town occasionally

Must have an unexpired Driver's License and vehicle.
