About the Opportunity

Were partnered with a high-growth, ISO-certified precision manufacturer supporting complex aerospace, medical, and advanced industrial programs. This role is ideal for a hands?on Swiss Lathe expert who enjoys programming, troubleshooting, and making machines run better every day.

This is a do?the?work role youll be deep in code, tooling, setups, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

What Youll Be Doing

• Program and support Swiss?style CNC lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar)
• Write and optimize programs using Esprit CAM (Mastercam experience also valued)
• Improve cycle times, tooling performance, and part quality
• Support setups, prove-outs, and first?article inspections
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate closely with operators
• Train and support machinists on Swiss processes and best practices
• Work in a high?mix / low?volume precision environment
