Business Process Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of Business Analysis in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze requirements for regulatory submissions

Support the preparation and filing of reports to regulatory bodies and ensure data accuracy

Develop and maintain a centralized repository for MRA / MRIA documentation and facilitate change management

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services

Strong experience preparing regulatory packages and managing document governance

Experience with document management systems and workflow automation

Human Resources experience and understanding of HR regulatory frameworks
