Job Summary
Join Wolfgang Puck Catering as a Sous Chef supporting a premier corporate client. In this role, you’ll oversee café operations where fresh, seasonal ingredients and genuine hospitality come together to create an elevated workplace dining experience. This hands-on role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment and is passionate about innovation, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily café operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and service.
Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain accurate par levels and control costs.
Support menu planning and seasonal recipe development aligned with client preferences and wellness initiatives.
Lead, train, and motivate culinary associates to uphold Wolfgang Puck’s standards of excellence.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and operations team to support catering and special events.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in a high-volume or corporate dining kitchen.
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Passion for scratch cooking, seasonal ingredients, and culinary innovation.
