Job descriptionFluency in both English and Spanish. Assist the owner in menu planning and food preparation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies. Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes served. Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen with a College Degree, OR. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen with a College Degree.
- OR Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
