JOB PURPOSE : Design safe and efficient processes for Main Assembly and Sub-Assemblies for the AF Department. Use analytic

tools and traditional industrial engineering methods to optimize production functions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Use Maynard Operation Sequence Technique​  to develop balanced processes across the Assembly Frame manufacturing areas. Work to

achieve Maximum Process Efficiency. Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques. Design

processes that are simple and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, Environment targets.

• Perform time estimates for process / line work, equipment loads, and develop operation

standards for the Weld Department during development

work methods, workstation design, and set best practices for production.

Minimum Educational

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or equivalent related experience.

Minimum Experience 0-2 years relevant experience
