Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Drive the sales of HVAC equipment, including setting and achieving sales targets, developing pricing strategies, and managing customer relationships.
- Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to company standards.
- Team Management : Hire, train, and manage sales and office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Customer Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Oversight : Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Experience : Minimum of five years in commercial HVAC sales, with additional experience in sales or branch management highly desirable.
