Overview
We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Manager in Orange County, CA. This role is ideal for a candidate with extensive experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in sales management and operations.
The successful candidate will be local, have a stable work history, and a proven track record of driving sales and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Drive the sales of HVAC equipment, including setting and achieving sales targets, developing pricing strategies, and managing customer relationships.
- Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to company standards.
- Team Management : Hire, train, and manage sales and office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Customer Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Oversight : Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service delivery.
- Quality Control : Implement quality control measures and risk management strategies to maintain high standards in all projects.
Qualifications
- Education : High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of five years in commercial HVAC sales, with additional experience in sales or branch management highly desirable.
- Skills :

- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in sales forecasting and financial management.
