IT MANAGER
ANY PCB LOCATION
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
managing the day-to-day operations of PCB's Information Technology Department. This position ensures the security, reliability, and performance of the bank's IT systems and infrastructure, while supporting business initiatives and maintaining compliance with FFIEC, GLBA, and other regulatory standards. The IT Manager provides leadership and supervision to IT staff, collaborates with internal departments and external vendors, and assists the Chief Information and Technology Officer in executing the bank's strategic technology roadmap.
ACCOUNTABILIITES
- Supervise and coordinate daily IT operations across all branches to ensure reliable system performance and user support.
- Provide leadership, training, and development to IT department personnel.
- Manage help desk operations, ensuring timely response and resolution of technology issues.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, network devices, and software systems.
- Monitor network infrastructure (LAN / WAN / SD-WAN), ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and assist in compliance reviews with the Information Security Officer.
- Participate in the development and enforcement of IT policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with regulatory guidance.
- Assist in planning, budgeting, and implementing IT projects, upgrades, and digital banking initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to evaluate technology needs and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the USA PATRIOT ACT (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including reporting suspicious activities to the BSA Department as well as other banking and company regulations and rules.
EDUCATION NEEDED
Four-year degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

SKILLS NEEDED
Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience; banking or financial industry experience preferred.Relevant certifications (i.e. CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware) preferred.Strong knowledge and experience with information technologies, PC hardware and software technology, specifically within a Microsoft Windows environment.Must have supervision experience.Effective interpersonal skills because the incumbent interacts frequently with users, managers, subordinates, and vendors.Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.Pendleton Community Bank is an equal opportunity employer / veteran / disability.
