Overview

We’re looking for a Public Relations Account Manager to join our fast-growing agency. We work exclusively with leading B2B technology companies, giving you the chance to partner with some of the most innovative brands shaping the future of their industries. The work is fast-paced and intellectually engaging, offering the opportunity to dive into complex challenges, craft compelling stories, and see the impact of your efforts firsthand. If you’re excited to collaborate with forward-thinking clients and help them stand out in competitive markets, this role will be both rewarding and inspiring.

What you’ll do

  • Run day-to-day management of 3–4 client accounts
  • Lead client calls and meetings, making sure goals are clear and met
  • Draft, edit, and place contributed content on behalf of clients
  • Draft pitches, pitch media and build relationships with reporters covering tech
  • Track industry trends to spot opportunities before clients do
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that move the needle

What we need

  • 4–6 years of PR or content marketing experience in B2B tech
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or marketing
  • A real passion for software, martech, AI, or tech in general
  • Proven media relations wins (not just sending pitches, but landing coverage)
  • Sharp writing and storytelling skills
  • The ability to juggle deadlines and priorities without dropping balls
  • A strategic thinker who solves problems, not just spots them

  • You have 4–6 years of PR or content marketing in B2B tech
  • You’ve pitched and placed stories in industry trades or national business outlets
  • You can manage 3–4 client accounts as the day-to-day lead
  • You write quickly, clearly, and strategically

  • You leverage AI tools to be more productive, spark creative ideas, and stay ahead of the curve

  • You’ve never worked in public relations
  • You’ve only worked in sales (this is not a sales position)
  • Your background is only in consumer, nonprofit, healthcare, or lifestyle PR
  • You’ve never worked with B2B or enterprise tech clients
  • You struggle to explain complex technology
  • Writing and critical thinking aren’t your strong suit
