Position Summary
Supervise all activities related to general services, cafeteria, transportation, travel arrangements and lodging services for foreigners.
- Responsible for the General Services team.
- In charge of travel arrangement, dorm administration, cafeteria and transportation services.
- Assist GM administrative requirements.
- Keep communication with department heads.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct the general services team, ensuring optimal performance and proper assignment of responsibilities. (10%)Maintain regular communication with other executives and department leaders, collaborating in the planning and execution of interdepartmental projects. (10%)Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, service level agreements and competitive rates. (10%)Develop and supervise the implementation of policies and procedures for the company's general services. (10%)Perform periodic analysis of the company's general services, identifying areas for improvement and proposing efficient solutions.Attend to GM's administrative requirements. (10%)Elaborate reports and presentations for executive meetings. (10%)Attend to internal / External audits. (5%)Supervise stationary, cafeteria utensils, dormitory and transportation equipment. (5%)Responsible for compensation, attendance and permissions of the team in charge. (5%)Elaborate finance forms to require budget for the team activities. (5%)Sign and authorize official notices, changes in activities, permissions. (10%)Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Tourism, or related field.Minimum five years of related experience preferred.Essential Skills
