Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a reputable healthcare facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts . Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating and treating patients
  • Carry out individualized therapy plans to enhance daily living and functional independence
  • Accurately document patient progress and update care records
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
  • Collaborate with OTs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Participate in discharge planning and team care meetings

    • Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
