Room Attendant - Hilton Garden Inn, Springfield, MA

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all guest amenities and linens are properly stocked and organized
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests courteously and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces as needed
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a hospitality setting
