Senior Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our client's team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of insurance solutions to customers. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, supporting solution delivery, resolving issues, and maintaining stakeholder communication. The analyst will work closely with delivery teams, product managers, and clients to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required, along with experience in Life & Annuity insurance. Agile / Scrum knowledge is preferred. This individual will be working with 1 Delivery Lead and 1 Architect to support the client's needs. This role is fully remote but expected to travel to meet clients twice a quarter.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of experience as a business analyst in customer delivery or client-facing roles

Experience in the life & annuity insurance industry

Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis

Extensive experience gathering requirements from stakeholders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team interaction

Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field (CBAP, PMI-PBA certifications a plus)

Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum preferred)
