A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team in either Charlotte, NC or Rock Hill, SC. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative group of attorneys and staff while building meaningful, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Draft estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate issues, and related legal matters.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Contribute to the team environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and estate / trust administration.Admission to the North Carolina Bar required.Admission to the South Carolina Bar preferred, or willingness to become licensed in SC.Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.A collaborative, team-oriented, and business-minded approach.This role offers a strong platform to grow your practice, work directly with clients, and join a collegial environment that values professional development and work-life balance.
