LHH is looking for an Office and Client Services Manager for a direct hire job opportunity in Cornelius, NC! The ideal candidate has experience within a financial services environment and is s detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and fostering a positive experience.
Coordinate meetings and maintain a structured calendar to support client interactions.
Handle administrative functions such as billing, account updates, and document organization.
Manage client distributions, including recurring payments and regulatory requirements, with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with compliance-related documentation and support regulatory processes.
Use internal systems to manage client data, reporting, and billing workflows.
Provide day-to-day support to leadership, especially around technology and operational tasks.
Offer general administrative assistance to the advisory team.
Lead service delivery efforts, ensuring clients receive proactive and personalized support.
Enhance client engagement processes and uphold high standards of service.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service models and support strategic goals.
Monitor compliance, manage expenses, and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management or advisory settings, is highly desirable.
Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM and portfolio management platforms is a plus.
Willingness to obtain a Series 65 license if not already certified.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and able to assist others in using digital tools effectively
Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
