About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Account Manager to join our Post-Acute Care sales team . In this remote-based role , you will be responsible for supporting our customers in long-term care, home health, and hospice sectors. You will help them access the extensive range of medical supplies and equipment we offer, driving growth by nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities
At McKesson, our Pay for Performance sales culture rewards your efforts directly. This position offers a base salary of approximately $100,000, with a starting sales incentive of $35,000. High-performing individuals can significantly increase their total target cash compensation to $150,000 and beyond within their first year!
