Our Macedonia team is growing, and were looking for a Lead Dispatcher who can keep our technicians organized, our customers informed, and our operations running efficiently.

Position Summary
The HVAC Lead Dispatcher manages the daily flow of service calls, coordinates preventative maintenance visits, and ensures all jobs are assigned and completed efficiently. Youll serve as the central hub between customers, technicians, and management making sure communication is clear, schedules are accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This position requires strong computer skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatch
Plan, assign, and adjust technician schedules for service, PMs, and repairsMonitor workloads and redistribute calls to maximize field efficiencyTrack job progress throughout the day and communicate updates to customersCoordinate with management on job priorities and technician availabilityCommunication & Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for customers calling in for serviceCommunicate clearly with technicians on job details, site requirements, and follow-upsKeep customers informed on ETA updates and job statusWork closely with service management to ensure smooth daily operationsOperational & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate information in dispatching software (BuildOps)Help with work order notes, purchase orders, and closing out jobsAssist with time tracking, billing coordination, and parts or material requestsQualifications
2+ years of scheduling or dispatch experience (HVAC, plumbing, or similar service industry preferred)Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or dispatching platforms)Excellent communication with both customers and techniciansHighly organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple priorities at onceCalm under pressure , quick decision-maker, and problem solverTeam player with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeCompensation & Benefits
