This full-time evening position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to helping patients achieve better mental health and overall well-being.\n\nAs part of a collaborative care team, you will provide safe, individualized, evidence-based nursing care while supporting patients and their families through challenging times.\n\nKey Details\n

• Schedule : Evening Shift (2 : 45 pm – 11 : 15 pm)\n
• Shift Differentials : \n
• Weekday Evenings : +$3.00 / hour\n
• Weekend Evenings : +$3.00 / hour\n
• Weekday Nights : +$5.00 / hour\n
• Weekend Nights : +$5.00 / hour\n
• Weekend Work : Every other weekend\n
• Holiday Work : Three out of six major holidays\n
• On-Call : Not required\n\nQualifications\n
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License (required).\n
• AHA BLS / CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).\n
• BSN in progress or willingness to complete within 3 years of hire.\n
• At least 6+ months of relevant nursing experience OR current participation in a Nurse Residency Program.\n\nSkills Needed\n
• Clinical expertise in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing.\n
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n
