Bravado Creative is a boutique content and social media agency that partners with luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and wellness brands. We create world-class photo / video content and manage premium social media accounts. We are scaling quickly and need a highly organized, creatively minded operator to own our day-to-day execution.
Role Overview
You will run the internal engine of Bravado Creative—managing projects, overseeing client social media, and ensuring shoots and deliverables are planned and executed. This is a hybrid role that blends operations, production coordination, and creative oversight.
Your goal :
- Elevate internal systems so projects move smoothly from idea to delivery.
- Bring marketing insight and creative energy to our content and social media work.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Client Management
Lead all content and social media projects from kickoff to final delivery.Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients—gather feedback, schedule shoots, and ensure clear, timely communication.Social Media Management
Oversee client social media accounts.Production Coordination
Coordinate content shoots.Capture UGC Content.Creative & Marketing Support
Assist in shaping content concepts, pitches, and proposals.Skills & Experience
Experience in creative operations, project management, or social media management.Strong knowledge of Instagram and social media marketing.Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and basic video editors.Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing experience required.Strong eye for creative direction and design aesthetics.Comfortable on-set and familiar with photo / video production environments.Bonus : experience with luxury / hospitality brands.Attributes We Value
