We’re seeking an experienced  Assistant Superintendent  to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a safe, compliant job site and promote company safety culture.
• Monitor schedule and budget performance, proactively resolving issues.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and team members.
