Overview

The Human Resources Department is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

SUMMARY : Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources, the Recruitment Specialist is responsible for assisting in implementation of the District's strategies to recruit and retain a curated, highly qualified, and culturally, racially and linguistically diverse workforce, prepared to deliver on Our Promise to students. Guided by strategic staffing practices and leveraging transformative data practices, this role implements direct recruitment strategies for vacancy-specific and general hiring, as well as recruitment into our pathway programs. The Recruitment Specialist collaborates with workforce planning team members to ensure dignity-centered and culturally affirming experiences for our current and future educators.

Pay and employment details : Base pay range $95,472.00 / yr - $106,464.00 / yr. This range is provided by Highline Public Schools. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.
