Accounting Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to lead key accounting processes and support the month-end close cycle. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, while also contributing to the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead critical accounting processes across the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and review month-end journal entries and oversee staff accountant close activities.
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet and bank accounts.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements.
• Serve as a key liaison between Finance and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the Director of Accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting through strong organizational and time management skills.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from various systems to support decision-making.
