Job descriptionPerforms quality checks Complete inspection reports for jobs ran on machine. Must be able to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks : read blue prints, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows all safety regulations. Performs typical laser operations. Troubleshooting quality issues Ability to follow Directions Adaptability Arm-Hand Steadiness Attention to detail Cooperation Control Precision Customer Service Dependability Handling and Moving Objects Interpersonal skills to interact with all team members Manual Dexterity Monitoring Operation and Control Problem Sensitivity Time Management Verbal and Written Communication skills High School diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of experience desired in a manufacturing environment. Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable by management. As a member of the Quality Management System, quality procedures, requirements, work instructions, and other required documentation must be followed. Team members are responsible to be aware of the company's quality policy and quality objectives in order to support the continuous improvement projects and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.
