Must have their own composite nonslip shoes

YOUR PURPOSE

Learn the basics of the Blending operation in order to perform the basic functions relating to the processing of products, consistent with established Current Good Manufacturing Practices, customer requirements, and in conjunction with all Standard Operating Procedures.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using established cGMP, adequately clean blending room and associated equipment.
• Successfully prep blending room for a start-up.
• Demonstrate ability to select and use correct blending tools for the required job.
• Determine and weigh-out material according to Batch Record.
• Able to prep material to be loaded and dropped out of the blender.
• Capability to weigh out and label final product accordingly.
• Successfully Assemble / Disassemble blending equipment to include Blender, Grinder, Oscillator and Sifter.
• Requires heavy lifting up to 55 lbs., and move 550 lbs. drums.
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
