YOUR PURPOSE
Weighing Operator II is responsible for all same requirements as an Operator I. Weighing Operator II is also responsible for maintaining an acute awareness of production schedule and maintaining schedule demands.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to complete all tasks assigned to a Weighing Operator I.Using established cGMP, adequately clean weighing and dispensing room and associated equipment.Successfully prep weigh room for a start-up.Demonstrate ability to select and use correct weigh tools for the required job.Determine and weigh-out material according to Batch Record.Complete all documentation paperwork, both Redzone and paper batch record.Read and interpret the production schedule.Capability to troubleshoot weighing situations.Able to move drums to the excess of 285kg / 630lbs.Complete Forklift Certification.Communicate effectively with other departments.Ability and understanding of inventory system and issuing materials in real time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.Requires basic addition, multiplication and division skills to calculate product counts.Experience :
Working knowledge of blending operation preferred, typically resulting from three + months of experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Heavy lifting up to 55lbs RequiredMust be detail oriented and the ability to keep a clean and organized working area at all times.Ability to read, understand, and communicate in EnglishMust be able to operate a pallet jack in congested areas.Must have physical ability to work on feet for a full shift, regularly lift and carry heavy containers, and perform all duties of job in a safe manner.All other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.Willing to work Overtime and Holidays if necessary#INDTP2
