We’re hiring a full-time Client Experience and Retention Specialist to join our rapidly growing brand to help keep our clients on track towards their goals, capture new client inquiries, and deliver and experience that feels unforgettable.

As a rapidly expanding brand with big goals for scale, we’re building the team that will take Competitive Edge to the next level. With two thriving clinics in San Jose and Santa Clara, and a third opening in Pleasanton this fall, you’ll be joining our growing team at a pivotal time.
This role is part customer service, part sales support, all impact.
What You’ll Do
Greet clients, check them in / out, process payments, and manage schedules while setting the tone with energy and warmth.
Handle reschedules and prevent cancellations to ensure clients stay on track for their goals. Keeping clients engaged results in better outcomes for clients and more chances for our team to make a lasting impact.
Confidently answer new-client calls, texts, and emails when our Sales Development Rep is maxed out. You’ll qualify leads, answer questions, and schedule discovery visits with charisma and empathy.
Whether in person, on the phone, or over text, you’ll make every client feel like they’re the most important person in the room.
