Advantra is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Atlanta to hire an Amazon Connect Engineer to support and maintain cloud-based contact center configurations and call flow management.

About the role

You will manage and update Amazon Connect configurations, including contact flows, Quick Connects, and DynamoDB records. The role involves reading and interpreting Visio call flow diagrams, making configuration changes, and troubleshooting system or audio issues to maintain seamless call center operations.

Responsibilities

Add and modify records in DynamoDB for contact routing.

Read and interpret Visio call flow diagrams to identify required updates.

Configure and maintain Quick Connects in Amazon Connect.

Review and update Contact Flows within the Amazon Connect environment.

Troubleshoot call and audio issues reported by users.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure call flow accuracy and stability.

Document configuration changes and maintain operational logs.

Follow change control processes for updates to production systems.

Provide general system support and assist with environment testing.

Core requirements

3+ years of experience working with Amazon Connect or similar contact center technologies.

Experience managing and troubleshooting DynamoDB records.

Familiarity with Visio for reviewing and interpreting call flows.

Understanding of Quick Connect and Contact Flow configurations in Amazon Connect.

Basic troubleshooting skills for call quality and audio settings.

Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

Proficient with standard PC tools and business applications.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

Experience with AWS Lambda or other AWS services supporting Amazon Connect.

Exposure to contact center analytics or IVR reporting.

Familiarity with ITIL change management.

Experience supporting financial or customer service environments.
